Geocache Description:

Medium size tube with a log and pencil nestled in the rocks.


Wadi Namar Dam is one of the tributaries of Wadi Hanifah and the water flowing to Wadi Hanifah Water Channel that ends up to Al-Hair Lake.

Construction of Wadi Namar Dam Park started in 2010 and was completed in 2012, the majority of the work consist of reclaiming part of the dam for the promenade area of the park complete with Riyadh stone paving, Riyadh stone stair steps, steel railing with stainless steel wire guard and precast concrete bollard. The park features 512 palm trees, toilet facilities and parking for cars. At night the park is well lighted with pole park lights.

Wadi Namar Dam Park is one of the most visited parks in Riyadh.
