Congrats to DrPflug on being FTF!!! Whoop!
With a wink and a nod to my alma mater (Gig 'Em!), I couldn't resist this small jab at our rival university. This cache is a really easy png. Although the locals think of this place more like Area 51, you can actually drive onto campus no problem and in fact, the campus is working more towards community openness. Stopping at the guardhouse is not required, although if you choose you can just them know you are a visitor. A note about parking: Visitor parking is available just off the main gate for $3, however, if you are super quick about this (and there's really no reason you shouldn't be) you can park in the parking lot and grab this cache before PTS can snag you. Your choice - forewarned is forarmed. 
Also, this cache is best snagged during the week within regular business hours as access to campus is more restricted on weekends. Lastly, if you are public transportation minded, this campus is easily accessible by metro bus service as well. I hope you enjoy this easy one and just know that I may be looking at you from my office window (you can even wave if you like!)
I've upped the terrain/difficulty if only for the amount of muggles that may be present (so use stealth) and for the parking issues. That aside, this should be a breeze!
