Geocache Description:

To commemorate the re-instatement of the Grand Western Canal where the breach in 2012 occured, named after the first narrowboat to use the canal after the re-opening, and also as an anniversary hide for a year of Phillyfamily geocaching


A 180 ml lock 'n' lock carefully hidden on this very popular canal.  

In the autumn of 2012 a devastating breach happened on the Grand Western Canal just beyond the Swing Bridge.  To prevent another 'overtopping' event, the remedial works have incorporated a higher embankment. 

BYOP.  Room for trackables and small swaps.

Please replace as found.  Respect the flora and fauna
