Stil neoromanesc. Proprietarul, tinichigiu ornamentist, a realizat decoratiunile din metal pentru numeroase cladiri publice, religioase si particulare din tara, printre care: Ateneul Roman, Palatul Patriarhiei, Palatul fundatiei Regele Carol I, Gara de Nord, Palatul Culturii din Iasi, Palatul Sturdza din Miclauseni. Ca semn distinctiv pentru bresla mesterilor fierari, a asezat pe acoperis statuia de 3,5 m a unui cavaler in armura, tinand in mana un ciocan.

Neo-romanian style.
