Geocache Description:

A tour through history.

This cash is placed close to a historical landmark in Quanah Texas. Quanah Parker, a great Chief of the Comanche nation, visited the town of Quanah (that was named for him) many times. The Hardeman County Museum has many stories and artifacts about the history of the town and Quanah Parker. The museum is located in an old train depot. After you find the cache, be sure to visit the museum. Say HI to Scarlett, the curator. She would love to visit and share historical information. FTF coin included!
