Geocache Description:

This cache is a medium tupperware container hidden amongst its surroundings.

This Cache is hidden at the end of the runway at what used to be Griffiss Air Force Base. I can remember my dad driving around the airstrip on base every time we would go up to the base to go shopping just hoping to see a plane take off. Now days you see planes taking off almost every day because the strip is used for training and test flights. We only live about 15 minutes from the end of the strip so some times when we hear the planes flying over our house we drive over there just so my kids can get out on top of the car and watch the planes fly over their heads.

 

Please be careful to hide the container as well or better then you found it.
