Al centro della frazione di Campodipietra sorge l’imponente villa Carretta del XVIII secolo, un tempo villa Castellani, ampio edificio di linee semplici con un grande camino e una trifora sulla facciata. La villa fu danneggiata dagli eventi bellici ma fu poi riparata.
Alla fine del secondo conflitto mondiale la villa fu sede del comando di brigata “G. Girardini” del C.N.L. e lì si radunò la prima giunta.
Da allora la villa, come nel passato, continua ad essere di proprietà della famiglia Carretta.
La cache è di dimensioni nano e all'interno contiene solamente il logbook. Portatevi una penna e buona caccia!
At the center of the village of Campodipietra there's the imposing villa Carretta of the eighteenth century, a time Villa Castellani, large building of simple lines with a large fireplace and a three-light window on the facade.
