The cache is located at one of the designated areas in the park where bird numbers are monitored, and a rustic bench is provided for you to sit and count birds, or to just sit and listen to them whilst recovering from the short steep walk taken to get there.
You are looking for a small camouflaged container which is hidden nearby amongst the roots of a large tree. Once you have it in hand you will hopefully understand the procedure required to locate and to sign the logbook.
Please be sure to read an instruction written on the underside of the lid and to take a moment to ensure that no muggles have crept up behind you while you were searching.
There is some quite steep terrain close to ground zero and youngsters should probably be supervised quite closely and common sense should prevail at all times.
GPS reception is quite poor at the site but the given coordinates should certainly get you close enough.
Please take a few extra minutes to replace the cache carefully and please refrain from submitting logs which would disclose the method of accessing the logbook.
