Classic Hide # 1, the Guardrail-
I made sure this is a safe type, unlike some that will take your car door off and/or kill you.
Frankly I think these type of hides are usually Pointless- this is not the case here even though I think these are over done. If you place one, they should serve a purpose as how hard can they be? Maybe to show off an unusual area, like, "gee I didn't know there was a drug store here," or "wow, fast food" The locations are fairly good at keeping caches somewhat dry. Nice for rolling up the stats. Often a chance for a fake bolt or some place to put an old hide-a-key or recycle a pill bottle (this is none of these and maybe hard to spot as camoed so no one will know it's really cache and in Stretchwell-style)
