This 1500-acre sanctuary straddles both sides of I-95, just south of Exit 5A (Stuckway Road) in Scottsmoor. The site protects a variety of habitats including scrub, pine flatwoods, oak hammocks, depression marsh forested wetlands, and cypress forest. Wildlife species include white-tailed deer, bobwhite quail, bobcat, wood storks, various wading birds, and gopher tortoises. Access this from Parrish Park. You are looking for an ammo can hidden just off the trail. Start at the trailhead, follow the blue markers. When you get to the split in the trail follow the blue marker to the left. This will lead you to the cache location. Please use stealth when searching for this cache. Please be sure to replace exactly as you found and covered so muggles do not mistakenly discover this container. Enjoy the trail and the cache.
