There is a commemorative monument of the Olympic torch near here.

The Winter Olympics were held in Nagano in 1998. This area has a monument commemorating the Olympics. It is located on the main street to Zenkoji Temple.

長野冬季オリンピックは１９９８年に開催されました。ここは善光寺に行く道の途中にあります。

The cache is hidden nearby. It is in a small black bag. It may require teamwork depending on your height. This is a very busy area. There are many shops in the area as well as a nonstop flow of pedestrians. I recommend attempting this cache after 5p.m.
