Geocache Description:

This is the second in a series of three caches we have placed near the Newfoundland boat ramp in Elliott County.

You may park at the boat ramp parking lot and take a nice walk out the old roadway to this cache.

This cache site is located at a large rock that has a Beech tree growing out of the center of it. The cache is hidden on the road side of the rock. There is no need to go around the rock, the terrain on the far side of the rock is very steep with a drop off to the water not far away. Don’t make this cache more difficult than it is. It is on the road side of the rock. There is no need to climb, rappel or make yourself look like a Mountain Goat in any way.

Coordinates were obtained using a waypoint averaging of 100. Coordinates were within 9 feet of the cache.

You will be looking for a well hidden micro container that has a log only. You may need an extraction tool for this one. BYOP

Have fun and please hide it back as you found it.

Congratulations to Gregcoll for the FTF!
