Nice easy walk or take the horse and buggy which is for hire.
The cache is a plastic container 4X8X12 in a black plastic bag. It contains several useful items for everyone
including fido. It is an easy hike to the Santanoni farm which fed the great camp which is four miles further on the trail. If you have the time, finish the hike to the camp on Newcomb Lake. This is all state owned so feel free to look around check out the Gate House, the Farm and the Great Camp. The entrance to the Preserve is off route 28n in Newcomb at N43°58.139 W074°09.887.
