This shopping center opened in late 1968, a very different place than what you see today. At the far end of where you are now was a WT Grant's store. I still have a socket and rachet set I bought there. Where the overpass is now was Langley Circle - know in other parts of the country as a round about. About the only store left that opened back then is Fertitta's which was an expansion from the original in Phoebus.
You are looking for a well camoed fairly small pill bottle. BYOP and good luck. Northing co-ordinates ended with either 577 or 578, while Westing ranged from 277 to 279. While you may think you are out of observation of muggles, you might look behind you and see a well worn path leading from some apartments and the shopping center. Beware of the attack from the rear.
Good luck.
Congratulations to Lucky&Carissa for the FTF, and their first one at that within an hour of publication. Seems like a lot of cachers have Friday off this week.
