Podcacher's WWFM events are happening worldwide on June 7, 2014 at 13:00 for here in Rhode Island. Those that have attended know the craze, those that have not, please come a join in on the fun.This year the theme is Yellow, Green, Orange, and Blue. More about that later on. Last year we were in beautiful Goddard Park with around 36, this year heading to awesome Roger Williams Park and hope to see you all there.

This year the theme/venue chosen is of the Geocaching logo:
Now it is a quick event. Show up at 13:00 dressed in your color of choice.
Please grab an appropriate themed color shirt that closely matches the
Yellow, Green, Orange and Blue from the logo.
Now what can be done with these colors, well, why not recreate the Groundspeak Logo, and pose a few letter cut outs to be provided at the Temple. Oh, yeah that is the plan as the main activity, form a square, and snap a pic.
Simple if we get enough of the appropriate colors and PEOPLE! So please the more the merrier, and if you could log in your "Will Attend log" please state the color(s) of choice. Just to get a rough number as this is the logo we are trying to recreate as best as possible.
Embellishments:
While the appropriate logo colored shirt is required/requested (to an extent that we will not shoo you away if you "forget" the theme). Embellishment in form of crazy hats, beads, facepaint, bats,hula hoops, boas, leis, billiard balls, bowling balls, bowling pins, etc is strongly encouraged. All extra embellishments are great and fine just as long as it works with the logo we all know so well! Stay with the Yellow, Green, Orange and Blue from the logo Please!

As this is a flashmob (Technically speaking) the theme is known, now arrive incognito at precisely 13:00/1:00 P.M June 7 2014 at the posted coordinates, the Temple of Music our stage.
(REMEMBER HAVE THAT INDEX CARD IN BUCKET)
Event starts at 13:00, you will need to either grab an "officail" index card, or have one supplied by you. This index card serves as the logsheet, as well as the drawing slip,. (You will sign this, as this is your log in sheet and drawing entry, to be dropped in the bucket (@ GZ between 12:55 and 13:15) So,be sure to have one/ or grab an index card from me (Yawppy or Scubaaa). We will be there early NOTE: There will be a doorprize drawing scheduled at 13:10, so try to have your logsheet/index card in the bucket at GZ prior to 13:05.
Raffle/Doorprizes:As mentioned there will be door prizes raffeled off. Thus far Scubaaa has obtained and has donated a WWFM XI coin. To see the design visit the WWFM page. (A cool coin for sure, and thanks Scubaaa!)
There are also a couple other surprise prizes that I have yet to determine at the time of writing this up. Consider them a surprise!
Also if anyone else wishes to add a prize contact either me or Scubaaa and we will add it to the vault.
Finally, there are a few ~souvenirs~ that will be handed out while they last, can not guarantee everyone will receive one, and probably will be handed out after the flashmob, even though we are supposed to disappear at 13:15 (Yeah usually we do not do the last part all to well!)
Schedule:
12:55 – Begin walking to GZ, flash your geeky attire, or not, drop off your "Logsheet/raffle ticket"
13:00:- Get organized. Hope to be ready for the group logo photo, Yellows with Yellows, Greens with Greens ,Oranges with Oranges, and Blues with Blues in the form of the logo, smiling and just plain ol' silly antics to follow.
13:10 – Group together quickly at GZ for group photo(s)
13:10 -13:15- Drawing for Door prizes – Enjoy a Milky Way bar, swap swag and gossip , and disperse! (?)
Think that about sums it up, a quick flashmob, decked out in Yellow, Green, Orange and Blue, snap a pic, enjoy chit chat and candy, draw for prizes, and go home or........ well go home! That is the rules! So go home at 13:15, and there it is, see ya'll there!
