Geocache Description:

Short walk from West Salem to this cache along the bike trail, cache is located just off the trail and should be easy for children.

Is it a fire pit along the trail? Nope, an old rr signal pit that contains what you are looking for. Please respect nearby property and don't trespass to get to this cache. Enjoy a bike ride along the LaCrosse River Trail between West Salem and Bangor. You'll be looking for a larger lock and lock container just off the trail. No need to go near the train tracks!!
