This is a Golden Tribute to the local Puzzle Queen, Mom-n-Andy, who recently hit the milestone achievement of 1000 finds.
Mom-n-Andy has been caching for a long time, but it has taken her this long to reach 1000 because she is not about the numbers, she is about the challenge and the experiences, so she carefully selects her caches. She is widely regarded as the smartest person in the universe, and the Queen of Puzzles. I've never met anyone who can crack a cipher or see a solution to a puzzle as fast as she can. I suspect she sees the world the way Neo does in The Matrix, understanding far more than most of us mere mortals.
I have shared many caching and puzzle adventures with her over the years, I consider her one of my very best caching buds. In fact because we have been linked as caching friends for so long, and because my name is Andy, it came to my attention a few years ago that many people thought I might be the "Andy" in her caching name. Nope, it's not me. But since MnA is generally a solo act (other than her loyal dog Max), it begs the question who exactly did put the "Andy" in Mom-n-Andy? Who is this mysterious person we never see? Perhaps it is one of these fine fellows:

...or maybe it's...

Well regardless who it is, solve this easy little puzzle and you will have coords to the location of MnA's Golden Cache. Join me in congratulating my good friend on her milestone achievement.
N 43 0 _ . _ _ _
W 077 2 _ . _ _ _
Now take the North Coordinates you just acquired and subtract 16. Take the West Coordinates and add 2193. This is the cache location. You should use Certitude to confirm your coordinates.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
