The difficulty is set at 2 only because of the possible muggle activity in the area. The cache is hidden in plain sight, so no need to stick your hands in strange places or to try and open anything except the cache, once you've located it. BYOP
Please put container back EXACTLY a you found it and make sure that it's tightly sealed to prevent moisture from getting in.
