Šiek tiek istorijos:
Raduškevičiaus rūmai – neogotikinis pastatas Vilniuje, Kalvarijų g. 1.
XVIII amžiuje šioje vietoje minimi Vitebsko vaivados Piro statytų ir Piromonto vardą gavusių rūmų griuvėsiai. Piro [gr. pyr — ugnis] - pirmoji sudurtinio žodžio dalis, rodanti sąryšį su kaitra, ugnimi, aukšta temperatūra. Neogotikinio stiliaus pastatą 1894–1897 metais pasistatydino gydytojas Hilarijus Raduškevičius. Rūmai buvo statomi pagal Juliano Januševskio projektą.
Ištaiginga pilaitė vėliau nekart keitė šeimininkus ir savo paskirtį. Ši vieta labai permaininga, yra tekę matyti tiek šviesos, tiek tamsos valandų. 1962–1963 m. buvo nugriautas vakarinis korpusas ir šiaurinio korpuso vakarinė dalis. 2004 m. pastate įsikūrė Lietuvos architektų sąjunga (savarankiška, savanoriška Lietuvos profesinė kūrybinė organizacija, jungianti atestuotus architektus). 2013 m. spalį baigti rekonstrukciniai pilaitės darbai.
Kadaise čia veikė avalynės fabrikas, vėliau įsikūrė stiklių įmonės administracija, dar vėliau – sovietų karinis dalinys. Galiausiai - studentų bendrabutis, greitosios pagalbos stotis. Ko tik nematė ši vieta. Romantiška pilaitė šių dienų sulaukė praradusi nemenką dalį savo korpusų. AB "Panevėžio statybos trestas" 2013 m. atliko kapitalinę rūmų rekonstrukciją, kurios tikslas – pastato fizinės būklės pagerinimas ir funkcionalumo padidinimas. Užpakaliniai ir šoniniai tinkuoti rūmų fasadai apšiltinti, o pagrindiniai geltono mūro fasadai restauruoti.
Po rekonstrukcijos „architektų pilaite“ vadinamas pastatas atnaujintas ir veiklos prasme: LAS „Architektūros centras“ (AC) čia kuria vienintelį Lietuvoje architektūros srities Menų inkubatorių, kuris globos ir rinkoje padės įsitvirtinti jauniems kūrėjams (urbanistams, architektams, kraštovaizdžio architektams, dizaineriams, interjerų kūrėjams, projektuotojams) ir jų įmonėms. Taip pat bus organizuojami švietėjiški renginiai visuomenei, ugdantys gilesnį architektūros išmanymą.
Taip ši pilaitė sulaukė šviesių dienų. Įliek šviesos ir tu!

A little history:
Raduškevičius Palace - Neo-Gothic building in Vilnius, Kalvariju street 1.
In eighteenth century, this place mentioned as Piromont palace ruins, which was build in Vitebsk Voivod Piro. Piro [pyr - fire] - the first part of a compound word that shows the relationship with the heat, fire and high temperature. Neo-Gothic building in 1894-1897 was built by a doctor Hilary Raduškevičius. The palace was built by Julianas Januševskis project.
Sumptuous castle later repeatedly changed owners and their use. This place is very fickle, watched the light and the dark hours. In 1962–1963 western and south western hulls were demolished. From 2004 it is headquarters of Lithuanian architects union (independent, voluntary Lithuanian professional creative organization, uniting certified architects). In 2013, the remaining part of Palace was reconstructed.
Once upon a time, there was a shoe factory, later settled Glass Company administration, and more later - Soviet military unit. Finally - a student dormitory, the ambulance station. A lot of happened to this place. Romantic castle lost many hull parts. AB „Panevezys Building Trest" in 2013 overhauled all building, the goal - improve the physical condition of the building and increase functionality. The rear and side facades of stucco palaces insulate and basic yellow brick facades restored.
After the „castle of architects“ reconstruction, building renovated in operational sense: LAS „Architectural Center“ (AC) settling incubator of arts - here it‘s only one in Lithuania architecture area. It will guide and help to consolidate the young creators in the market (urban planners, architects, landscape architects, designers, interior developers, designers) and their businesses. There will also be educational activities to the public, raising a deeper understanding of architecture.
