Geocache Description:

This multi will take you through the journey of some European castaways. Some of the men survived the shipwreck, and although John Oxley is the widely credited discoverer of the Brisbane River, these men were actually the first Europeans to discover it.

The cache is not at the provided co-ordinates but it is a short walk away. You will need to visit 5 signposts to answer questions to find this multicache.

Feel free to post a pic but please refrain from sharing photos that reveal answers to the questions.

Some stealth may be required as it is a popular area with the locals. Watch your back near the cache area too... sometimes muggles come up behind you! The cache is a small plastic container with some swaps, a logbook and a pencil. Please put the cache back the way you found it.

While you are here, enjoy this peaceful but popular park, beach and fishing spot. Take the time to have a swim, build a sandcastle, walk along the beach or foreshore, enjoy the views and watch the wildlife, including birds, soldier crabs, and jumping fish! There is a playground for the children, and the opportunity to grass slide, go fishing, or simply have a BBQ at the undercover picnic area.

FTF goes to Team Benders!
