Geocache Description:



This is a challenge cache. It is at the posted coordinates, but you must complete the challenge requirements before you can log a find.

The container is an easy find, please read the hint.

You do not need to leave the path or damage any vegetation, the difficulty rating reflects the challenge, not the actual find.

What do Baha Men, Carl Douglas and Men Without Hats all have in common? They were all One Hit Wonders. The hit songs they recorded ("Who Let the Dogs Out", "Kung Fu Fighting" and "The Safety Dance") were their one and only.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to log a find for 100 different cachers who have only published a single cache. These caching "One Hit Wonders" may be still active cache finders, or may have since faded away from the scene completely, but their single cache must have been placed at least one year prior to your "found it" log on THIS challenge (but not necessarily a year before your log of their single hit).

  • You must demonstrate that you have qualified either by listing the GC codes, owner names and date placed in your log, or by creating a public bookmark which includes this challenge cache.
  • Only physical caches count.
  • At the time of your "found it" log, each cache must have been active (not disabled or archived).
  • You may not log your own caches.
  • each qualifying cache must have been placed at least one year before your log here.
  • Logs with insufficient qualifications will be regretfully deleted.
Sorry, but I don't know of any GSAK macro that can produce a list for you. You can identify which cachers you've only logged a single find for, but then you need to actually look at each of their profiles.
