Cache is located at the crash site where I did a face plant on the way to work on 9/23/13.
I was heading west on the GeoBike and had built up a good head of steam on the way down the hill. Seems I hit a little bump and the handlebars on my 1990 model bike separated from the body of the bike. That is all I remember until I came to with a paramedic working on me and asking me if I knew who I was. Skid marks I observed at the scene a few days later show that both brakes pulled tight and I must have gone over the top. There may still a stain on the sidewalk - I bled quite a bit. Since then I bought a new bike and my first bike helmet!
