Hungry and thirsty from picking up all that trash at the Cromwell Valley Park CITO? Then join us for an after-CITO lunch event down the road at McFaul's Ironhorse Tavern, 2260 Cromwell Bridge Road (at the intersection with Loch Raven Drive). The CITO is scheduled from 10am–1pm, we will plan to meet for lunch at 1.15pm.
The venue is kid-friendly; indoor, outdoor, and bar seating is available. The manager has advised me it can be a busy time of day for them, so if we're going to be a large group, we should make a reservation. To facilitate this, please log a "will attend" by Friday the 25th if you think you'll be joining us.
While this event is planned in conjunction with the CITO event, your participation in the CITO is not required to attend this event. This should go without saying, but you never know... All attendees are responsible for purchasing their own food and beverages. Buying rounds for the event organiser is not required, although he has been known to assign favourite points to the caches of those who do. :)
Two parking waypoints are included: for the small Upper Lot along Cromwell Bridge Road, and for the larger Lower Lot around the corner on Loch Raven Drive. There's a third overflow lot across from the Lower Lot, also accessible from Loch Raven Drive. The restaurant is handicap-accessible only from the Upper Lot.
