We needed to do a maintenance run on our cache on the boardwalk at the coast near here. When we arrived at the East Point car park however, the easy access path was blocked off. They were digging up the mains through there, so we decided to come back later. We visited another 5 or so times over the following months and every time the path was blocked off and we were left wondering; When will it ever end?
Finally Mr TiedyeSmileys gave up waiting and parked near GZ for this cache and walked in the back way through the mud flats to the boardwalk (not recommended).
