This should be a fairly muggle free area. It can be gotten to from any resort in the area. A good excuse to get out on the scooters, horse and buggy, taxi, or even by foot. Some taxi drivers may not want to venture down the road, but it would be an easy stroll from the main road.
This is a good cache to find if you happen to be going to the restaurant at the end of this road for a great meal of roast chicken. It is located about 440 meters from the beginning of the road. Make sure you keep to the left where the road splits shortly after you head in the dirt road. It is located on a sharp left hand corner. The cache is on the left hand side when coming in the road and is about 7meters off the road. There are steps at the edge of the road leading towards the cache. (not the first set of steps) It should be an easy find once you get to GZ. BYOP.
