CACHE DETAILS:
The cache is NOT at the listed coords!


This cemetery is named for the Parsons family.
- Benjamin Parsons donated the land that became the cemetery
- the gates, walls and entrances were a gift from Alison Parsons.
- George Parsons gave substantial endowment funds to the cemetery.

You will use information from 2 plaques to determine the final cache coords which are:
N 38° 22.NNN W 075° 35.WWW
Checksum for NNN and WWW = 32

Go to N 38° 22.494 W 075° 35.668 (RP1) At the Entrance to the cemetery look for a plaque on your right. Find the year (ABCD) that the walls, gates and entrances were erected.
ABCD - 1360 = NNN

Now go to N 38° 22.584 W 075° 35.849 (RP2) and locate another plaque. Find the year that Benjamin Parsons died (EFGH).
EFGH - 1035 = WWW

PARSONS CEMETERY:

Parsons Cemetery is a owned and operated by Saint Peters Episcopal Church in Salisbury Maryland but is open to all. With a view of Johnson's Pond, Parsons Cemetery offers a serene resting place.

This Cache Is Part Of The 2014 Wicomico Geocache Dash

The 2014 Wicomico Geocache Dash is a virtual trail that takes cachers to 20 sites located throughout Wicomico County.

The 2014 Wicomico Geocache Dash is a Challenge Trail and works on a passport system.

There are no alternate requirements to finding and logging this cache!
However, if you would like to complete the Challenge and be eligible for the limited edition commemorative coin.....you must:
- Find 18 of the 20 WGD 2014 caches (NO team finds allowed!)
- Record the codeword on your passport.
- Sign the logbook.
- Take a picture of yourself near the cache.
Note: Do NOT take a picture of the cache container nor the hiding spot!!!
- Log your find online.
- Attach your picture to your log.

Exception: Geocachers that qualify for the geocoin on June 7, 2014 and present a properly completed passport at the 2014 Bash will not be required to post their logs and photos online before receiving the geocoin.
