Geocache Description:

Hide #7. This along the chain-linked fense bordering a neighborhood and Norfolk Naval Base. It's just before the small sandy beach with a beached boat.

This cache is hidden inside Willoughby Bay Housing, which is military housing. It is not owned or operated by the United States military so it is ok for you to come inside the neighborhood and cache. Do realize that between the hours of 2300 and 0600 Jack's Towing is on patrol and will tow your vehicle if there is no parking sticker. All other times of the day are ok to come in and visit. I know this because I live in the neighborhood. Congrats to Lacey1961 for FTF!
