Geocache Description:

This is almost a roadside cache, in a very beautiful garden.

Philip is a given name, derived from the Greek Philippos, lit. "horse-loving" or "fond of horses". In Ancient Greece, the ownership of horses was available only to those rich enough to afford them. Thus, "lover of horses" can also be understood as "noble”. Prominent Philips who popularized the name include kings of Macedon and one of the apostles of early Christianity. (Wikipedia)

Mrs AdieA’s brother Philip, lived with his wife Nicky and two little boys,  just a few houses up from this wonderful little garden where we placed the cache in remembrance of Philip who died at age 37 from brain cancer.

This bison tube cache is nicely camouflaged and was very carefully placed. Please be so kind as to replace it as closely as possible to how you found it and please respect the work that’s gone into maintaining this beautiful garden. (Keep your eyes peeled for the bunnies that live there.) Please don't drive onto the grass. there is adequate parking on the pavement and it's a tiny little walk to the cache. BYOP CONGRATULATIONS TO WAZAT and FIER ON A SHARED FTF!!!
