Synopsis:The Zorin Industries is a large multi-national computer hardware supplier owned by ex KGB agent Max Zorin.

Zorin founded the company after leaving the KGB in his youth. He slowly built up the company from obscurity to become a global leader in the computer hardware business. Years later, Zorin gunned down many of his employees in a mine in California in order to cause an earthquake by flooding and detonating a bomb in the ancient fissure.

Zorin's plan was to wipe out his competitors in the computer industry, leaving his company as the sole provider of microchip technology. However, James Bond, with the sacrificial assistance of May Day, stopped the bomb.
