My mother resides in the nearby BUPA facility. She has Alzheimer’s Disease. When I used to visit, I would take her up to Baulkham Hills for a coffee or light meal, then we go pick up a geocache or two. That is not possible anymore, as she no longer recognises me...but her eyes still light up when she hears The Beatles, or her favourite Operas. By the way, my Mum is Italian, so my kids call her Nonna. This Cache is for her.
Mum/Nonna passed away in October of 2022. Alzheimer's sucks!
