This cache used to be called Mag Nano and was a tiny cache held into the trunk of the tree by a nail inserted in a natural hole that was already in the tree. Since it fell down things have changed - and so has the cache!!
The Belt - a series of 8 caches in the grounds of Croome Court placed with permission and at the request of the National Trust as part of their Spring Programme. The caches have been placed by Croome Cachers a group of locals made up by javon, Geolab & Co and L8HNB. We hope you enjoy the walk around these lovely grounds that were designed by Capability Brown and the caches we have set for you. The NT have requested that you follow the footpaths and respect this lovely countryside and the animals that share it. We advise stout shoes or walking boots.
If this is your last of the 8 follow the footpath back to the water splash and make your way back up to your transport.
While you are in the area why not visit the Court and the various displays about the links with RAF Defford and the Cafe near the car park.
Other caches in and around the Grounds are the Croome Ponders series, GC2QE33 the first of 11 caches by javon and GC4TZJ6 a Church Micro by L8HNB.
