This stroll is child friendly, but please keep an eye on them as you are walking along the towpath, which a good off road buggy is advisable, as it can get narrow in places and will get muddy after rain.
The Ashby Canal here runs close to the B4116 here, which can be very busy at times and also there are a couple of canal side properties close by so stealth may be required.
