The Alphabetical Company

A pole shows at XI a stone engraved with lettres plenty.
Write down the number of each single lettre from "the Alphabetical company" acronym.
The minutes North you'll have to find, you take the sum of first, second and last.
The thousandths will be found when multiplied by four, the sum of first, second, third and penultimate.
To find the East men has to take (7,6)(10,12).(5,16)(3,6)(4,16).
