Scott Woods Park is a City of Lansing park with 86.8 Acres. Most of the park is wooded floodplain of Sycamore Creek. Free parking is available. Near the parking coordinates you will find playground equipment, picnic area, and a picnic shelter. There are trails connecting to the Lansing River Trail. There is a dog Park on the far side of the park.
I didn't see anything that indicated against night caching, but parking in the lot is not allowed from 9 PM to 6 AM.
One good route to the cache is to proceed to the posted coordinates of the The Glitter Cache (GC780D) then turn left. If you are aware of terrain variations, you will notice an old RR grade that will lead you to the cache without getting as wet or muddy (2 minor exceptions) than most other routes.
Enjoy your walk to the Nano in the Woods.
