Traveling Through the Arboretum Village Traditional Cache

I thought that a cache was needed here in downtown Lisle. There is plenty of parking nearby, although be wary of the rules for the commuter lots for the Metra Station.

This cache has been placed near what is probably the heart of downtown Lisle, the Metra station. A number of stations on the BNSF Metra line already have caches, but Lisle appears to be lacking. I thought that a keyholder in the newsaper boxes, while effective in getting a cache near the station would be boring.

This cache can serve as an opportunity for those commuting for work or leisure into the City or those looking to explore Lisle outside of the Arboretum.

Downtown Lisle doesn't have the shopping and attractions of Naperville or Downers Grove, but the Rail Depot Museum and the Dragonfly Splash Pad are some areas to check out if you are in the area with kids while caching.
