Park across the street along the chain link fence. Cross the street and follow the Beach Access directions. Stay out of private property. The trail goes past an old Hawaiian cemetery where there are well over five graves, more like 13 or 15 but some are unmarked. Be respectful, please. Am off-island, if someone could attend to it I'd appreciate it or else I'll have to archive it.
This spot is great for snorkeling and scuba diving, as the reef that extends out has a number of caves underwater on the right side where large grey sharks like to go inside to rest. You may see green sea turtles here on either side of the rocky point. Straight out is Turtletown, as it's named for the number of sea turtles that gather there. Be careful and wear good shoes, as the lava rock can be rough. Please cover the cache well as this area gets lots of activity.
