The cache is obviously not at the listed coordinates but you should be able to see the cache from the top of the mast.

Canadian Cellular Towers are located across Canada and extend as far north as Gjoa Haven on the south east coast of King William Island.

In Canada three towers collapse, 2 because of a aircraft collision and the other because of material failure.

To find the location of cache, some easy math.
