A Man of Axmouth Multi-Cache

Let me introduce you to a new way of hiding your coordinates with collected or calculated numbers. I am going to call it 'Weary Banker's String' and I will use this cache as an example. Use it in your own caches if you wish, all that I ask is that you mention this cache as a reference point.

Let's assume that you have found the numbers; 2003, 27,115, and 314. Heres what to do with them.

The first stage is to make a 'Weary Banker's String' of all of the digits - starting with the smallest first and using the digits as many times as they appear in the collection. So our example becomes ;- 001112233457
Then we add any unused digits onto the end and so we get:-
00111 22334 57689
Finally we have allocate letters of the alphabet to the string starting at A.
ABCDE FGHIJ KLMNO

This would make the headline coordinates above;-
N50 JF NMI W003 BH IKJ

So lets get on with this cache.

Question 1):- At the headline coordinates what was the year of the birth and the year of the death of ' A Man of Axmouth'. .
Question 2 ):- Look around the area and find the year of the W.I.'s second present.
Make them into a 'Weary Banker's String', as shown above and you will find the 'Spare key holder' cache near by at
