100 San Juan County UT Cache Challenge Mystery Cache

This cache is at the posted coordinates at the beginning of Carrol Road. As you have noticed, whichever end you start or end, you will be back on State Road 191. We thought for out-of-town people, this would help you get back on the road again.

~~This cache is part of a power road area which SpecialScooter and I have made up for everyone's enjoyment.  Please pull off the side of the road as far as possible and watch for traffic.  This road is not very busy most of the time.  Also, you do not need to climb any fence, which means most the caches are close to the road.

To claim the smiley, you must have FOUND 100 Geocaches in San Juan County Utah.   San Juan County is 122 miles long, from the Grand County border to the AZ border. Lots of places for Geocaches.
