On 12 September South West Lakes Trust celebrated the re-opening of College Lake Nature Reserve and its western footpath.
Closed to public access for over twelve years due to inaccessible paths the site is now open for local residents and visitors alike to enjoy. College is a quiet site with a variety of habitats including wet woodland, standing water and broadleaf woodland. It is host to much wildlife including a good bird population, otters and a variety of bat species.

This cache is a small snap-lock box containing a log book, pencil and some swappables - all enclosed inside a camo bag. No FTF prize here but you will find the second half of the co-ordinates for the bonus cache written in the back of the logbook and on a separate piece of paper.
