Last year we had to say "good-bye" to the most popular member of our geocaching brigade. Lover of a good hike and sniffing out tupperware in the woods, she was our companion of 12 years and has been dearly missed. This is the fourth in a series of new caches we are placing on her favourite trails.
The Brigade frequented the trails here in the Arboretum regularly and any one is a "favourite". But the Wild Goose Woods trail is a bit different from most around the Arboretum. Start from the Col. John McCrae trailhead near the Arboretum Center or from the Wild Goose trailhead at the parking lot on Arboretum Road. Waterproof footwear recommended depending on season.
Target is a cammoed lock and lock container a few meters off the trail. There is no need to trample the wildflowers to find this one. Given how close it is to the trail, please take care rehiding it!
