The cache is located near the Laramie Greenbelt in Optimist Park, right along the Laramie River. This is a great place to have a picnic, walk the dog, ride a bike, or just sit and enjoy the day.
There is a fenced dog play area, (4' chain link), so you can give the dog a chance to run off some extra energy, as well as a very nice playground for the kids, basketball court, and picnic tables.
This cache is for our daughter. When our daughter was small, she sang, "Here comes Peter Cottontail, hopping down the bunny trail, hippity, hoppity, Easter's on it's way," over and over and over again on every car trip. It brings a smile to my face every time I hear it.
