If coming by car, be sure to park at the Low Ditch end, otherwise you'll be bouncing your poor vehicle down a private stony driveway which has footpath access only and nowhere to turn around at the end of it!
The footpath is clear but quite steep in places, extremely uneven and very stony underfoot - definitely not suitable for pushchairs, or anyone but the most nimble-footed. There is also usually a ford at the lower end of it.
