A year ago my family gave me (Geodad) a little collection of ready to hide caches which have been sitting around the house and Geoboy has been asking why they haven't been put to proper use yet. We have had our own little geocache trails that have led to birthday presents, geoboy has hidden them around the house, they have been broken and repaired numerous times and they have even been with us on holiday! So what better way to spend my birthday than placing a few of them while enjoying a nice spring walk.
This is a very simple cache, placed mainly due to the fact it was burning a hole in Geoboy's pocket and it just had to be placed before we finished our walk. Plus we hope that increasing the number of caches in this area will encourage more people to explore around here and the other caching series nearby (if you've not already done so).
I have increased difficulty level to a 3 due to a number of DNFs. There is nothing clever about it. Just well tucked away. Hopefully a 3 rating will just mean folks give themselves a bit more time to look a bit harder if they need to.
