CONGRAT'S TO THE PREACHER MAN!!!
I was a little blue today so I hid a cache on my Dad's Birthday. Happy Birthday Daddy...in heaven!! A friend of mine lived up this road years ago while I was in high school so I took a trip down memory lane and boy has this place changed a lot.The cottages and summer homes have turned into year round up grades with some very nice homes here on Homestead Rd. in Ledyard. You can see Lantern Hill from here! (Could you hear my sarcasm...just now?) Just saying! :) We would go swimming & fishing here on Long Pond and skating in the winter. Till I fell in..up to my chin! Saved by a hockey stick...haven't ice skated since! Wow that was a long time ago! LOL! ;)
