This odd piece of undeveloped land was one of several locations reserved, during the 60s, for a new road that never got built. Most have now been absorbed into the urban sprawl, but this and one other still remain.
It used to be possible to plot the route on an OS map, but things are much harder today.
The cache accessible without entering the field or climbing over anything and is wheelchair friendly.
