As you leave Lochranza via the Golf course you reach a T junction with well signed route to Cock Farm. As you climb the long ascending path you will be rewarded with unfolding views along the glens to The Witches Step and The Castles of North Glen Sannox as the immediate terrain changes from lush farmland to rough heather moorland.
Cross a footbridge over pretty Allt Eadaraidh and continue onwards until the path levels out at the pass of Bearradh Tom a'Muidhe at 263m.
The views from this point are stunning, with the small island of Inchmarnock in the foreground overshadowed by Bute and the Cowal Peninsula.
After locating this cache please replace cammo and leave the area litter free. I have special permission for this cache so long as dogs are kept on under control at all times and no litter is left on the path.
