Geocache Description:

A UFO was observed by several individuals on this road as well as in the surrounding area on November 28, 1981. The craft not only hovered in a field but also blocked the way of a couple intending to drive from Farmington to Madison. So if you dare, summon your courage and go in search of a cache. But if you do get spooked I hope you won't squawk.

For more details: https://newengland.com/today/seasons/fall/flying-saucers-maine/ The original container was given to me by Hollora at the Maker's Madness event in Bangor. In the intervening years it flew away. A nearby cacher happens to have an entire flock of replacements.
