To get to this cache you need to take a Scenic walk. There is a small parking lot close by but the walk is the easier trail to take.

There are a lot of muggles around so be careful when retreaving and replacing. If you are unable to find this cache you just need to remember that all you have to do is stop, think and go find Rusty.
