As I was hiking along the Acalanees Ridge Trail to get a new cache at the end of the trail, I came across this access point. If I had known about it, it could have saved me a strenous hike out and back from the known trailhead on the maps. It looks like the public road leading to the access point is Oakvale Court, but you will have to discover if that's correct. Anyway, left a cache to mark the spot. Whatever route you take, enjoy the views and the hike. The Open Space is only open during daylight hours. Do not come here at night.
